MACHINE RECONDITIONING - Dough divider Glimek

The overhaul of the Glimek divider includes:

  1. Dividing chambers:

         - sharpening of the dividing knife (bilateral)
         - new main piston (bronzed)
         - new polyamide rear piston
         - assembly and tension testing.

  2. Old frame paint removal.
  3. New varnish (powder coating).
  4.  Bearings replacement.
  5. Chains, seals and V-belts replacement.
  6. New exit belt fitting,
  7. New electrical wiring,
  8. New frequency converter for adjusting machine performance.
  9. Overhaul of the central lubrication pump.
  10. New lubrication tubes fitting.
  11. Testing of the machine with dough.
