The WP Globus U (Werner & Pfleiderer Globus Universal) is a combined belt dough rounder and moulder designed for bakeries to process bread dough and other types of dough. The machine can first round dough pieces into a uniform round shape and then mould them into elongated shapes (loaves, breads).
