The Kornfeil Fornata Mini 3ETK is a professional electric deck oven from leading Czech manufacturer Kornfeil. The Fornata Mini model range is designed as a highly modular system for artisan bakeries, patisseries, retail outlets and foodservice operations that require uncompromising baking quality in a minimal footprint. In baking terminology, the abbreviation 3ETK usually denotes a configuration with 3 baking decks (chambers) and an integrated prover in the lower section of the unit.
