Product description

A very quiet canvas-belt bread roll moulding machine designed for forming cylindrical products such as bread rolls, baguettes, pretzels or sandwich loaves.
The machine structure is made of steel, with rollers in chrome-plated steel.
A model in a stainless-steel version is also available.
The size of the dough pieces is adjusted using pressure rollers and a moulding belt, which can be set independently of each other. The machine is equipped with a special automatic dough return device for easier operation.
The model with four calibrating rollers is particularly suitable for soft doughs and for producing loaves weighing up to 2500g.
