MACHINE OVERHAUL - WP Tewimat Dough Divider

The overhaul of the WP Tewimat divider includes

Complete overhaul of the dividing chamber;
Complete overhaul of the rotary cylinder;
Set of new measuring pistons;
Repair of the chamber suction piston;
New discharge cylinder;
New hopper Teflon coating;
Replacement of machine bearings;
Inspection and overhaul of all gearboxes, replacement of lubricants;
Cleaning and adjustment of the main drive bearings;
Inspection of motors, including bearing replacement;
Inspection of the hydraulic system, fluid replacement, new hoses and fittings;
Replacement of chains;
Replacement of worn chain sprockets;
Replacement of V-belts;
Replacement of the retractable belt;
Machine repainting;
Inspection of rounding and chamber drum(s);
Inspection of safety features;
Inspection of the pneumatic system;
New electrical wiring (does not include replacement of the touchscreen control panel);
Initial electrical inspection.
