Refurbishment of the WP MULTIMATIC divider includes

Complete overhaul of the dividing chamber;
Complete overhaul of the rotary cylinder;
Set of new measuring pistons;
Repair of the chamber suction piston;
Repair of the piston ejection mechanism;
New hopper Teflon lining;
Replacement of machine bearings;
Inspection and refurbishment of all gearboxes, replacement of lubricants;
Cleaning and adjustment of the main drive bearings;
Motor inspection, including bearing replacement;
Hydraulic system inspection, fluid replacement, new hoses and fittings;
Chain replacement;
Replacement of worn sprockets;
V-belt replacement;
Replacement of the conveyor belt;
Machine repainting;
Inspection of the rounding and chamber drum(s);
Inspection of safety features;
New electrical wiring (does not include replacement of the digital control panel);
Initial electrical inspection.
