Product description

The MAXI range is a high-performance industrial machine designed for large bakeries and high-volume operations, where large batches of whole baked goods are sliced.

Operating method: Fully automatic electromechanical feed. The operator simply places the loaves in the starting position. The machine automatically feeds the bread through the blade frame with constant force, and once slicing is complete, the feeder returns automatically to its initial position.
Hourly output: 730 to 950 loaves per hour – the machine easily handles continuous shifts and can completely replace the manual work of several people.
Optional equipment for MAXI:
1. Blade lubrication system (oiling): Micro-spraying of food-grade oil onto the saw blades. Essential for bakeries slicing dense, sticky and 100% rye breads (the oil prevents the crumb from sticking to the blades).
2. Pneumatic bag opening: An integrated fan at the discharge chute automatically opens the prepared bags with an air stream, speeding up the packaging of sliced bread by tens of percent.
